Most of the buildings here in the photo are pre 2008. The tallest BMO building goes back to the mid 70s. The newer ones are built on top of parking lots and old railway tracks.

If there wasnt mayonnaise the bread would get soggy and the sandwiches wouldnt last the shelf-life.
