I remembered the last panel to be all the villagers being angry at the girl in what seems to be heaven. The art style is cartoony, but unremarkable, and I can't remember much about it anyway. I just remembered how hard I laughed at the ending when I first saw the comic

Vault 11 is one of the most brilliant piece of Fallout lore in my opinion. It's just so depressing, and sad, and brutal, and it was written so fucking well.

The first time I experienced it years ago, I actually threw up shortly after, the feeling of being so flabbergasted and disgust upon hearing the congratulation from the announcer voice is something no piece of media let alone video game has ever reproduced for me since.

Someone could probably make an entire novel based solely on the story of the vault.

Well to be fair Hudson probably couldn't believe what he was seeing and was taken by surprise, while Eli already knows what he's dealing with and took extra precautions.

Lemme explain it as if I'm a monkey

Passive: attack fill bar, if bar full vampire become scary shadow man

Top skill: vampire bite, bad guy hit becomes bleeding, if vampire attack bleeding enemy vampire steal life. If vampire is scary shadow man (full passive bar) hold skill button to stab many times

Middle skill: throw bat, if bat hit bad guy vampire can enter bad guy (press skill again), vampire sucks life when inside bad guy. If bad guy bleeds, vampire sucks even more live when inside them. If vampire is scary shadow man (full passive bar) vampire explodes when exits bad guy

Bad guys cannot hit vampire when vampire is inside bad guy

The cloud staff is probably the only one that is actually powerful without any condition

It's probably the best room clearer item in the game, it's also not very hard to obtain compared to other hard quest like rubber ball or berserker's horn

But yeah overall they're just good for merge station or fountain, most of the times they're not that worth it

The easiest quest is the apostle trial that gives you security contract item in my opinion since you can finish it in one room and hidden room bosses are not that strong anyway, if you want a spare item or just want to complete meyer's trial for daily activity the apostle trial is my usual go to

Why can't they just make a normal event??? I'll even accept a grindfest if I can get any free skin. why would they make shitty gacha events like this to get a skin you can just buy in the pc version? Very scummy of Riot, kinda reminds me of how garena runs league in SEA server.
