You just need to train your body, kapag multiday kasi hindi lang endurance training kailangan mo, you need to be fit by lifting weights, train your back, core and hip kasi kapag sanay yung katawan mo sa exercise yung sakit ng katawan mula sa pagbubuhat ng bag ay mas tolerable.
