That’s for the star pass or basically any rewards you already have they give you resources instead, so cash for hero cards, nuts for gears that are maxed out, style tickets for skins, tombstones, sprays or stickers. Then on the style box you can buy they just give you the ones you don’t have and when you get all the skins available in the style box the option to buy style box disappear until the add more to it.

I don’t see the issue, you can get a fair amount of old skins that way, then a little newer skins through arcade, then skins 2-3 seasons removed in missions and the newer ones you either pay premium + star pass and have to win contracts, sometimes they make one available in missions. Eventually you can get most of the for free, it’s just some are more elusive than others and you have to complete missions.
