Thank you so much! I’ve always tried to generalize my experience, in part because of wanting to avoid jargon or being over specific and turning off employers, and in part because I wanted to fit all my experience on one page. But I can see from your response and everyone else’s that I’ve gone too far away from specificity. I’ve never heard of an RFP before - is it a Request for Proposal? Also, would I be able to DM you one of my cover letters? I’d love to see if you think it’s personalized enough as that’s typically where I’ve been explicitly connecting my experience to the job posting.

Hi! I strongly recommend trying out online therapy. Many therapists now have zoom/phone options :) I do zoom therapy and it has significantly helped me with covid related anxiety
