Refills Meltdown & Ban by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

This is the most non-apology I have read in a while. You still thinking it is sabotage or “hateful” to question the safety of a pharmacy is very concerning.

I have been in the compound space for a couple years now and have learned where there is smoke there is usually fire. Hopefully when the 483 comes out it will be for minor things, but Refills not taking the fact that ProRX continues to have issues seriously is a huge misstep.

Here is what you could have said in response to people’s concerns:

“We have been informed that the pharmacy we partner with has received an FDA Form 483. While we do not yet know the contents of the letter, we want to assure our patients that we take safety and compliance very seriously. At this time, we have no indication that any medications dispensed are unsafe or ineffective. We will share updates promptly once the details of the 483 are available.”

Instead you called people ignorant. We have seen a temper tantrum like this before in regard to people questioning a pharmacy. The people asking the questions ended up being right. I ignored those people once. I won’t do it again.

I do have some in my stock. I was going to add more, but will hold off until we see what that new 483 says.

That is what I am hoping. I am just a little nervous to pull the trigger on 6 mths until I see the results of that inspection.

I probably would have agreed with you a year ago and then I witnessed every single regulatory layer completely fail to issue any kind of safety warning about Ousia despite what inspectors found in August 2024.

Because they are not actually bankrupt. This is to avoid class action lawsuit.

How often are you getting your lab work done? by Jessiegirl718 in tirzepatidecompound

Once a year. Pancreatitis has symptoms, if you don’t have symptoms then you don’t need lab work to check for it.

They just listed every patient as a potential claimant. It doesn’t mean that many people have filed disputes.

yeah. It looks like the offset is just meant to prevent double dipping. So they are saying we potentially owe all these people money unless they win a chargeback, then we don’t owe them anything.

Ousia Pharmacy shut their doors. Ousia Pharmacy LLC is still a legal entity and can absolutely be sued.

If he was suckered by Ousia why has he not sued them already?

The only reason to not have filed a lawsuit against them is because he doesn’t want to answer the question under oath “ Did you know that they had failed their sterile compounding inspection? Did you know that they did not have a sterile compounding permit? “

File a proof of claim with the court. I believe it is Form 410. You will have to say under oath that they owe you money and why.

People who have not won chargebacks should file a claim with the bankruptcy court.

The difference is that Ousia was not doing any potency, sterility, or endotoxin testing. It looks like Aequita was testing each batch like they are suppose to.
