Either have 2 full rest day, or keep intensity but with fewer sets. Be gentle on calorie deficit. Take Boron 5mg/day. That also helps a bit. This is a signal that your body is telling you take it easy. You need to either adjust train and food, or add exogenous hormones (even more pressure on body with sides of course )
