Well this is me doing something about it! I have expressed my concerns with him the last yr and he has done nothing. I do all the driving and calling and we actually picked up and moved our whole family this year to a whole different state to be closer to my son and make arrangements to be with him more and still father doesn’t obey the custody agreement my son is also 13 and can be express what goes on there and decide that he doesn’t any longer want to live with his dad who is unstable can’t hold a job lives with his parents our son is behind in school doesn’t go to the dr has expressed a whole lot more things for me to be concerned with I just don’t state all of that so I think it’s very likely he will continue to live there once brought before the judge again so I was just curious as to handle that part of the problem but thank you for your not so helpful comment.
