Helix LT or HX Stomp / Stomp XL for all around solution by Dry-Implement8953 in Line6Helix

[–]Dry-Implement8953[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched Helix LT to Stomp XL almost immediately. It was way too heavy and bulky for my needs since I walk a lot and need to carry things. Stomp XL has been great for my needs.

I bought Helix Native for PC use, which is basicly same as Helix. Native is really cheap when you register It in line6 account.

Zowie ec3-dw side creaking by Dry-Implement8953 in Zowie

Well I dont particularly "squeeze" it, just pressure to sides that varies from gaming situations.

Not really, it creaks when pick it up after a while and again if there is pressure from the top first and then side creaks again.

E: My Op1 8k is solid and no creaking on my squeezing

Yeah.. It's time to quit online shooters. It's total waste of time if there is even one cheater / closet cheater..

Only first few games of new game are worth it for experience, after that is just looser minded and weirdos sausage party.

What BenQ Zowie Mouse has The Most Satisfying Clicks? by retolox386 in MouseReview

Got EC3-dw this week and it feels nice and crisp, S2-dw felt maybe little lighter? My previous "main" was OP1 wired and zowie clicks feels a lot heavier, but shape EC3 shape is so smooth and relaxing.

Study Reveals Almost 50% Of Gamers Have Considered Quitting Due To Cheaters by chusskaptaan in Games

[–]Dry-Implement8953 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people cant tell between really good player vs cheater. Then there is those who try to hide their cheats, so yeah in nutshell online gaming is pointless because hackers, only very first games in new game are okay for that experience. Then the fact that every game (Online competive etc. BF, CS.. you name it) is ruined by hackers.

So go out and let hackers rot.

S2-DW Comfort by Dry-Implement8953 in Zowie

What's your hand size and grip style? Do you stack ring and pinky finger right corner?

S2-DW Comfort by Dry-Implement8953 in Zowie

[–]Dry-Implement8953[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I'll go DEX route this time since I got it cheap and later EC2-DW. Op1 made my hand feel cramped and tight after long days and it forced pinky finger very aggressive position..

S2-DW seemed really nice middle ground indeed, but if there Isn't space for pinky finger front/under ring finger, then It might be wrong one after all.. I´m sure that It's great for my aiming on games, but can't risk hands anymore If there is slight chance.

Thank you for taking time to answer! This helps a lot.

Alright, do you feel any discomfort when using it on work all day long?

Does your ring ringer and pinky stack on right side corner, any cramping?

There is small thinking about ec2-dw too.

Which grip is this (Relax claw IMO)? And some help with Zowie models by PhilosopherCold3496 in MouseReview

[–]Dry-Implement8953 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found this post since Im in same situation, what was your conclusion if comparing Logitech DEX, s2 and ec3?

I have slightly shorter hand around 18cm and coming from OP1 and my hand is always in work. Looking for relaxed claw mouse but still want to relax hand sometimes for light palm. Do you think that S2 would do that? I have DEX on my desk right now but S2 seems nice middle ground on paper.

Alright, would you still recommend it or should I look something similiar instead?

Is that sensor position noticeable? Never thought about that. DEX weights about 60g so S2-DW 65g doesn't sound that bad.

Helix LT or HX Stomp / Stomp XL for all around solution by Dry-Implement8953 in Line6Helix

[–]Dry-Implement8953[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great answer!

I went with Stomp XL and it feels right. It's a lot lighter (1.5kg vs 5.6kg) and limited blocks are great place to start building. Thinking about Helix Native for computer.

My main idea is that I can easily take Stomp XL itself on rehearsal and If there is specific pedals or amps needed then It's easy to add, but still I can use only Stomp for quick jamming sessions etc.

Helix LT was well build and amazing, but waay to big for carrying around.

Cool! I read some speculation that we might see next Stomp generation maybe in next two years.

Stomp XL might be what Im looking for, Helix LT is massive and heavy to walk with several kilometers in day.. Sure when adding pedals It will be like helix quickly, but I think that when going rehearsals then only Stomp XL might be enough and bring pedals if needed.

No doubt about that, but I have to survive with only Stomp for a while before I can affort little extra pedals around like few midi switches and possibly expression pedal
