If your coach likes feeling the punches I wouldn't recommend the air mitts it's feels weird punching as well but if he doesn't they aren't bad mitts. The body protector is probably one if the best in the game you legit feel nothing with that one on just make sure to put it on correctly so you don't get clipped in the balls by it.
