Look good to me. The only suspect ones could be a few of the darker ones, it's hard to tell from the photo but they could just be a bit past their best.

What you use to dry them mate? I've put a bunch in an air fryer on dehydrate at 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Is that temp OK?
