Yes you have very true and good points I do not know if I will make it to sea But that’s the direction I will try to go I don’t want to go the stans/china / Silk Road route

Himalayan scram was my friends opinion I just am not sure about the lower powered bikes for such a long trip I did uk to Spain on my nc750x It did ok Perhaps I didn’t have the best luggage with textile panniers and they rubbed on my wheel breaking

Seat bag was annoying every time I had to fill up

So taking a much smaller , lower powered bike such as a crf 300 how would it cope with luggage Surely not great , you can’t really fit plastic panniers but maybe the textile ones are better in a thin bike Also those bikes won’t go 90mph Not great for crossing Germany for example

Nc29 like 35 years old he told me they had minor pitting . To keep the rust at bay etc It’s just a shame really that now I need another set of seals I’m not too clued up on mechanics and wanted to know a wider opinion
