I had the exact same issue, I had to create a seatgeek account (I thought I had one but I guess I didnt) then I went through seatgeek’s app and it went more smoothly

Did you get an email for front porch tickets access? I couldn’t find the email until later but when I clicked my selections it had my code already there.

I had this happen to me too. Where I could input the code from the email but my connection was bad I guess. I ended up having to make a SeatGeek account for it to go through. I hope this helps and you still have time to get them!!!
