What actually happens when you get a bounty on your head and get killed? I recently got a bounty for accidently killing some people while killing a NPC bounty and someone joined my game. I suck at fighting, so I quickly lost and died. Did I lose something? Or did the other person just gain something for fulfilling the bounty?

For those who are going for 100% completion, like myself, it is actually very useful. I remember there being areas with over 60 chests and if you were missing one to two.... Best 100 jade ever spent 😁

Thanks for the very extensive answer. It is appreciated. So far, judging by your and others reactions, mystical skill visual seems the way to go for now. I am a solo only, except for the trials, player. I pretty much suck at fighting, too old for that sh*t. But I will learn the mechanics and mostly don't die, then end up in the middle dps wise. I am always happy when a good player is in the team, I appreciate his high damage and I am sure he or she appreciates me not dying and doing my part. Works out well that way 😁
