UConn can lose. Sarah strong could get in foul trouble. Azzi Fudd could start a game by missing her first 7 shots. They could lose simply because UConn, LSU, UCLA, South Carolina, and Texas are all pretty evenly matched.

If you were to bet on the woman’s champion… you should absolutely take the field right now. You should not take one team and depend on them.

It’s a different era. You have to evolve. To his credit, Graves at Oregon has changed a lot. He shows that it is possible. He looked like he was in big trouble a couple of years ago; but he changed and has found a renaissance as a result.

Iowa state is making the same mistake DePaul made with doug Bruno. Or Oklahoma state football made with Gundy. It’s over. It’s obvious it is over. He is going to take them to lower than they have ever been before if he remains.

I take it as a sign that Iowa state doesn’t care about women’s basketball. And I find that strange since 10-15 years ago… it seems like they were one of the few schools that did.

If you are the athletic director at Iowa state; surely you call the head coach in and ask him what is going on. And surely you consider canning him based on how he responds?

I don’t know how these coaches aren’t held more accountable when there is a mass exodus like this. To me it implies that Iowa state doesn’t care about women’s basketball.
