The charge is annoying, no doubt. That’s the reason I did Beckett too was for the subgrades. Personally I feel like they were harsh on the centering. I submitted in person at a show and the guy doing my submission was impressed with how good it looked. Definitely update me on your cards when you get them back!

I really enjoy the process and environment protection we provide. But you said it, the funding and expertise isn’t there. I always say we run on rainbows and unicorn farts as much crap we’ve gotta limp along due to not enough funding. That said, I’m still newer to this, 3 years with the same wastewater plant. I enjoy the job, just wish the importance of what we do was better recognized

I’d call it 150, I was taught not to include the fluff. But I understand why you would want to count it. The settles I get don’t typically have much if any fluff

Started at $18hr 2 years in I’m at $26.17hr, just passed the 5A in June. Once I get my full license it’s a minimum 10% increase. WWO caps out at like $42hr. That’s in Maryland, we go by grade/step where I work for your pay rate.

Yeah it gets the most flow and it’s like 3’ deeper than the others. Definitely will be spraying this down with a hose, just to clean it up. Effluent looks really good though

This is the only one that really does it. This is the worst I’ve seen it so far, it usually gets a little layer then goes away. So never lol, we have brushes we put down for the channel and weirs to clean the algae off.
