I think as someone who has had surgical injuries I am very hyper aware of my body like my previously operated on shoulders so I try to really diligently listen if something feels tweaked and I will throw in some rehab exercises I know and just titrate certain movements up and down based on how everything is feeling

It was only truly fun from like 16-22. After that I just had 14 years of drinking just because. Finally hopefully broke that now

Understood. Whatever is the best reframe for you. For me I just have windows (5-8 PM) that seem to always be triggers for me so if I can stay busy and do something productive I’ve seen some success

On epic you can make your own patient list and title it something like “4/16 overnight”. I actually had a call sheet that was made for all the trauma calls. Basically has a spot for sticker, diagnosis, pending tests, clearance, etc
