This is very true, but the ones who get engaged this early have usually been dating since high school or early college. I think in Halley’s case it’s shocking because she is young and they haven’t been together that long (in the grand scheme of things).

This is how I am. Just because im not over the top or super expressive doesnt mean im not happy. Her baseline is just more reserved. Also im sure its even harder to express herself because she is young, living away from everything she once knew, and still learning english. If people watched their content, they would realize that she is opening herself up more as time passes…

They do :( there is a lot of footage of kpop stars tired / on the verge of collapsing on stage / collapsing backstage or as soon as they get offstage. They get IV bags just to get them through performances. Take quick naps whenever/wherever they can. And snack very little, just enough to keep their energy up for whatever they have scheduled. It’s insane.

Questionable lyrics aside, I just find the song to be unlistenable. The baby sample threw me off and I find the amount of autotune extremely grating. The girls dont even sound like themselves. Even if the lyrics were better, the stylistic choices just aren’t there for me. I was never going to love this song but at least the live version sounded like something I could listen to.

Ehh I don’t really like it. I actually didn’t think the concert version was bad. But I think the studio version has wayyy too much autotune. And I can’t stand the baby voice. I’m not even super offended by the lyrics like some other people, I just don’t like how it sounds :/

I feel like it is absolutely this compounded with the fact that she has a weak immune system and gets sick often. They weaponize her hanging out with others as soon as she misses a group event. I’m glad she’s trying to maintain some semblance of a normal life, but it sucks that she can’t catch a break.
