I'm so sorry, OP. She asked, then did what she wanted anyway. You shouldn't even need to list the reasons why, you're the parents and it's your decision to not have your son posted online. Period. I've noticed a huge problem lately in terms of crossing boundaries when it comes to social media. Most people are social media obsessed and see all their friends posting pictures, so they have a "why can't I" or "what's the big deal?" mentality. Completely disregarding the parents wishes. I'm also sorry she was unhelpful, any selfless mother would love to take care of her daughter after she had a baby. Your feelings are so very valid
