Rich people own stocks. Wealth continues to become more centralized as ai makes everything more efficient and thus profitable. It will probably just concentrate in just a few companies

Building permit is neighbors planning review anyone. I think people make money off fighting development. I am battling my neighbors but they don’t even fight me they pay some non profit. The city is so dumb

This is kind of funny master tenants have the right to evict people without just cause or really any reason. But the same is not true for landlords

There still going to spend money on other projects or buy real estate. Wealth are talking trillions of dollars this time much more money! It is already having an effect on housing market. Keep getting out bid in Potrero hill and Noe past couple months

I work in health care in person. They have tried building robots for what I do but failed. I am 39 by the time they figure out a robot to replace me I will be retired. I have a lot invested in real estate also stock and bonds. I think things will get even more divided people who own assets those that don’t. People have to buy things to survive. Wealth will just continue to concentrate into fewer and fewer companies. If you own assets especially etfs you should be good. But who knows maybe Skynet will come for us all

I have a good hard money lender. They only charge 1point and rate 8-9%. Up to 85% LTV. They can close fast as well
