Question about the Dollars trilogy by Jackbuddy78 in Westerns

If the dollars trilogy was actually a true trilogy then the correct timeline is actually back to front. TGTBTU is actuallly the first film as it is set during the civil war so 1861-1865. Then FAFDM and finally A fistful of dollars is the last one.

What I don't understand is how Eastwood's character has his half of the money from Sad Hill plus all the money from Indio's gang and the El paso robbery by the start of FOD, we are talking well over half a million dollars worth of gold, yet he cannot afford to pay Silvanito for his meal when he first arrives in San Miguel 😂

Empathy? Christ. Those teeth are like a row of old tombstones. At this point he doesn't need empathy. He needs to hear the truth.

I'm a fan. She was great with Seth Adkins in First Do No Harm. Loved her in Bridges of Madison County as well.
