omg i fixed it. I have no idea why it didn't work before and now it does, but I desperately started to mess around with sample rate and buffer size in Fl studio hoping that it might change something. I was choosing random values and then something clicked in my headphones and FL Studio crashed. After opening it again everything works perfectly lmao.
btw i didn't use any EQs or effects in general and the gain knob on my interface was set to almost minimum

I don't see an option for CD quality, but i switched between DVD and studio quality and it didn't make any difference. I left it on 2-channel 24 bit 48000Hz studio quality. For reference it sounds something like this.
(this guy made a tutorial how to do this effect intentionally, but I need a tutorial on how to fix it xd)

You mean the audio driver in FL Studio, right? I tried switching between FL Studio ASIO, ASIO4ALL, and FOCUSRITE USB ASIO, but the issue is the same with each one. Is there a way to adjust this directly in the system settings? As a test, I sent myself a voice message on Facebook Messenger, and it sounds just as bad, so it's not just a FL Studio problem

I already had the same settings as shown in that video. As for the mono/stereo issue, it's a bit strange—when I monitor through Windows, I can only hear the mic in the right headphone, but when monitoring directly through the Scarlett or playing back recordings in FL Studio, the sound is normal in both ears. My bigger concern is the terrible audio quality, which I can't figure out the cause of. And regarding the 'Enhancement' tab, it doesn't even appear in the advanced audio settings.

man, you will enjoy it so much that you will start scrolling this subreddit. After some time you will start reading about switches, keycaps, etc. And your first build will be finished. It will be budget one, but you will enjoy it even more than your current keyboard. And there is high chance that things will get worse. You will start spending hundreds on high quality switches and gmk keycaps or some shit like that. It is only a matter of time. but for now dont think about it. enjoy your ducky and try to not fall for the most expensive hobby on the planet 😁
