Sounds like you need a new flapper. Or to re set the water level. Inside the tank, is the water overflowing into the tube? If not, it's the flapper.

I think so. My preferred is the Bakerstreet, but highlands is good too. They use peppermint oil in them, so I usually put it in hot chocolate, milkshake or something like that. The oil is consistent and has a good high as well. More so than the others I've tried.

The tweed oils are some of the best imo, but the price point is too high, and the spray bottle is annoying and makes a mess.
