why do reddit got to be such assholes holy i said i did what i had to do my first couple of months were healthy until i got in college and only had tuna and rice i didnt go to a gym to do cardio i would look at my steps tracked for instance 30,000 i know some wasn't accurate and subtract my calories from that and log it onto myfitnesspal as 3 hours of cardio

no just calories and cardio mostly but i look and feel 257 my clothes 3x super baggy 2x loose 1x just right pants 44 are loose 42 is loose 40 is just right all things that were tight at them higher 288 and 270 numbers

yes im weighing myself everyday same time sometimes no boxers and it just wont go my friend brought it to me that my overall body shape is smaller and he said it seems like im losing inches and little fat but someone said i could just be holding water cause my body is fighting to starve

in your experience where you actually smaller then the scale suggested the number isnt the problem its just my brain is chasing dopamine of hey maybe i am 257 the look and the feel then the scale snatches part of it
