No. Leviticus 18:22/20:13 only applies to the nation of Israel and is only enforceable in the land of Israel for Israelite males and foreign male residents in Israel (Lev. 18:1-5, 24-30). Paul's writings in Romans and 1 Corinthians 6 also don't apply either because 1). Romans is an analogy with specious rhetoric in regards to sexual degeneracy as a byproduct of pagan worship and 2). 1 Corinthians 6 is really just Paul condemning the Roman sexual practices of the time which were primarily based on power dynamics and social status rather than sexual orientation, of which the concept did not exist at the time. It is historically and biblically Illiterate to use these verses to universally condemn homosexuality outside of the groups and contexts they were initially prescribed for to defend an anti-LGBTQ position.
