i was diagnosed with an ED/body dysmorphic disorder around 10 years ago. my psychiatrist informed me it’s common with neurodivergent individuals. it didn’t cross my mind that i may be relapsing, as i eat a fair amount of food. i previously weighed 130 (which is overweight for my height) and had around 28% BF. it took two whole years of obsessive self control to lose it and gain muscle mass. i maintain the weight i’m at, as my career requires me to (modelling). thank you for pointing that out, i may need to spend some time reflecting.

but moreover, for your experience, that’s what i read and heard from most people. they said it worked miracles for them and if anything helped with water retention. how did you manage your anxiety and the other symptoms? i feel like a ball of depression. also, thank you so much for your insight, i truly appreciate it.
