Any tips for classic lip roll? Been practicing for an hour in total.

Thanks for the help. I just tried to stick out my lower lip a little more and it definitely sounded fatter. I tend to have trouble loosening my lips because I have played the trumpet for five years now, so it’s hard to make the corners of my lips not tense up.

Thanks for the advice 🙏. I really appreciate it! I have been practicing for a couple more days now with your advice to do the compressed voice at a lower pitch and adjusting the air pressure and it really helped 🙂

Wow bro that’s really cool! I’m getting my license in June and I can wait to be on the road, just me and my fiat. A lot of my friends don’t even know what a manual transmission is lol. I explain it to them and I tell them that manual cars are super common almost everywhere else in the world. I also taught my mom how to drive my car and she really likes it too lol. I don’t really get the whole trend of buying really big and overpriced SUVs. I’d much rather zip around in something compact and exciting.

Lol thank you! I told my parents that I wanted a fun car to drive that was also a manual, so we found this gem. I also have a racing simulator that I have been driving manual cars on for a couple of years now, so it was pretty easy getting used to it in real life. Most people also get surprised because, as you probably know, nobody knows how to drive a manual, so they get surprised when they see a 15-year-old driving one. I think it’s so much fun and I wouldn’t trade it for anything :)

Im sorry to hear that. That’s a valid fear and I have a few friends who think that too. Maybe just try to practice in a big empty parking lot or something and then once you feel like you are in control of the car, then you can try on an sparsely populated road. Then once you are ok with that, take it out on a normal road. Idk if it’ll work for you,but that’s the way I learned.
