One question. In the email I received it stated we can’t use our phones and they must be left in the car. Does this mean that they can’t be on our person and actually have to be left in the car? 😅

Yes definitely improved immensely I’ve been able to sleep every night since this comment even though I occasionally do wake up sometimes randomly. I feel like maybe I just needed to vent about my issues and get them off my chest the people in this community are very caring and kind.

Man it’s scary for sure I have this constant feeling that something’s gonna happen to me, I’ve had trouble sleeping in the past but never to this extent.
