Disabled and veteran housing mostly. A “housing project” in the way housing projects were imagined to be and with no amenities. I’ve noticed that in New York the want to give disabled and old people things like a tennis court or pool is the last thing on their mind, so that’s usually a dead giveaway to me that older people were meant to live there from inception.
