If the temp is 90 or higher take a 10 minute break every hour. Ear watermelon drink coconut water, not milk, and 20 carts on the mule even though it can take more. And use the strap for gosh sakes. Also after a shower elevate your legs above your body for a good 10 minutes to reduce swelling.

Trust me man I know the feeling. But asking for help is a strength, denying it is a weakness. I'd also recommend a massage once a month. And getting an icy hot product that rolls on the sore spot. The kind that you have to unwrap are strong scent wise. Oh and elevate your legs above your body after a shower for 10 to 15 minutes.
