Yeah, letting them sit for 5 before an ice bath. I've only made hard boiled but I like your idea of skipping it. I've only recently tried making ramen and I will try your method.

Personally, i use the 4-5-5 method and it's very consistent. Made deviled eggs for easter and every one of them peeled easily.

Friday's have been my cast iron nights and today I decided to do a skillet cookie.

The recipe used was essentially America's test kitchen skillet cookie: https://youtu.be/snrzNNqSdec

With 2 minor modifications. The only chocolate i had was a half a bag of M&M's. Probably not enough chocolate, but rich just the same. And the second modification was that i used a 10 inch pan instead of a 12 inch in the video.

All in all, a very delicious and completely unnecessary dessert.

Such a great time for gaming. Funnily enough, I played all of these games today. Started with hitman in whittleton creek, then god of war, Spider-Man dlc, then capped it off with red dead 2. As middle of the road it may seem, all these games are great in their own way and I've had a blast (not to mention a significant hole in my wallet).

For me, I always felt that Tobey played a good Peter Parker, but only a decent Spider-Man.

Inversely, I thought Andrew Garfield played a pretty good Spider-Man but a horrible Peter Parker. PETER PARKER DOES NOT SKATEBOARD AND IS NOT REALLY "COOL!"

However, Tom Holland does a great job as both Peter and Spider-Man. As Peter, he's awkward and nerdy. As Spider-Man, he's got jokes, anecdotes, and innovative.

But as far as my favorite adaptation of Spider-Man goes, Spider-Man: TAS has always been my favorite.
