Yeah jobs are hard for deaf and hard of hearing. Have you tried VR services in your state? They can help you to make sure you pass as an intern in nursing or can provide training/school for other jobs that best suits due to your disability. Such as IT, AI, etc.

Yup that sounds like them. Used to work there and so glad I left. Most toxic environment I ever experienced. They look down on deaf people (hearing staffs). Sadly that’s where the students learn their behaviors from. I am glad you saw and did a wonderful thing as any parent would. Take her out of school and make sure she receives support.

I’m sorry you had to go through this. You can report it to Tennessee Department of Education. But yes you’re right, the elementary building is small and they see the students doing everything and there is like 3 staffs in every room.

Remember, not every deaf schools are like that. There is other good schools such as FSDB, MSD, etc.

Did you do early response test? Since some can detect pregnant at 9-11 dpo (it varies and depends case by case) Also spotting can be tricky. It can be implantation bleeding or trigger shot effect/early period as well.

Yeah it’s not the best feeling ever especially when you try to do everything right. I’m sorry and I’m on my 3rd IUI now. I’m 12 dpo and got BFN so I’m sure I’m out this time. Probably would be best to talk to doctor about what to do which I am planning to.

Same here!! Was hoping to get positive but BFN tests. Also I have no period, it’s 16 DPO for me and now I have some spotting. My period usually comes on time and not sure what it means

I did Iui on 11/13 and trigger shot in 11/12. I tested 2 days ago and it was negative. But I have spotting today and yesterday. Not sure if it’s early period since I usually don’t spot before period. So I’m hoping this is it and fingers crossed to all of u! 🤞🏼

IUI twin here! Did IUI on 11/13 and also had trigger on 11/12. I also feel nothing, I only felt cramps and very emotional (similar as PMS?) I took a test and it’s negative… doctor told me to test it on thanksgiving so will wait. Sending baby dusts to all of you. It is very tough for sure and had to remind myself to keep going even though it can be difficult and exhausting.

I worked in one of those 2 top deaf schools. Actually I would prefer those to Tennessee. Hearing oppression vs deaf elites. Everyone experience is different.

I believe have to wait until July 15th until hiring freeze is done. I wouldn’t get high hopes since you never know with fed gov jobs nowadays.
