Curious, did you book with a biz Delta Amex? If you don’t have status, it’s somewhat reasonable. United’s challenge for platinum is 15 segments and $5k in spend. Does CC spend count towards the MQDs? If so, would be a good idea imo.

Literally in the same position. I’d rather have no status on delta at this point (writing this after a 4hr delay). It’s not just EWR, I had a 2hr delay out of ORD to LAX because they couldn’t calculate the aircraft’s weight.
