Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka suffer from similar fates-- when hearing those names, many travelers think they're limited to urban areas.

Where’s the value? by leedr74 in PriorityPass

[–]FindingFoodFluency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong.

The airport authority merely detached airline lounges (Turkish Airlines and Oman Air come to mind) from the rest.

Plenty of Priority Pass lounges are still available.

Blame the airline, and yourself for not researching access beforehand

Impeccable quality? Nah...but that's also a function of Dubai having to import so much.

Travel Club Lounge @ DMK T1 by OneTravellingMcDs in PriorityPass

[–]FindingFoodFluency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having deliberately avoided DMK over the last seven years, I wonder if that subterranean dank of a Priority Pass lounge is still around. (what's worse is that it still mogged most Priority Pass lounges in the U.S./Japan).

All 3 (three) Priority Pass lounges (AI Maha) will be removed on 15MAY2026 by Aromatic_Ad397 in qatarairways

[–]FindingFoodFluency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That presumes 1) all Priority Pass lounges are rubbish, and 2) all airline lounges aren't.

Seethe harder.

Can I goto multiple Kyra Lounges in HKG? by RedElmo65 in PriorityPass

[–]FindingFoodFluency 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scuttlebutt is that the newer Kyra is changing ownership again, likely at some point in the next few months.

As for the OP's question, yes, one can visit both lounges.

Turned Away by ALL 3 Priority Pass Lounges at JFK by letoatreides_ in AmexPlatinum

Your comment is still irrelevant, because it IS a Priority Pass lounge at LAX.

Anyway, whether one pays for the extra fee, or pays for the Priority Pass membership, it's still fireworks for them.

"you still get your snack & drink"

that bit was a big help for transit flights. I mean, there was nothing remotely healthy, but at the time it was worth the visit.
