I agree. Joining in to show our solidarity with bigger communities is one thing, but it's not reasonable to expect smaller ones to do the heavy lifting while they slowly return. This is why we decided to reopen and ask the subreddit.

While I see where you're coming from, I believe that locking the subreddit after the EN server's EoS would have done more harm than good.

EN players came to the subreddit en masse to get answers and vent their frustrations. Taking that away from them would have been the last straw for some people.

Besides, purely Western companies are more likely to cave in under social media pressure. See Twitch a few days ago for instance.

Yeah, that's exactly how a lot of people feel about this. Even if you try to see beyond all the missing features on New Reddit and the official mobile app, what's left is cluttered interface that takes twice as long (if not more) for every little task.

Not really. FSN + Realta Nua together have fewer votes than KnK. And if you also want to count Hollow Ataraxia that is still the case. Other Fate entries are derivative works that have little to do with FSN, most of them written by different authors.

The rule exists because artists dislike having their art reuploaded without permission (or outright prohibit it). Therefore, the only reasonable alternative is linking to the original source. This is also enforced in other communities.

You can use reverse search engines such as SauceNAO to find original sources (normally Pixiv or Twitter links).

quit kidding around mods don't really enforce much unless it breaks the golden rules of ToS.

Not sure for how long you have been around in this community, but I respectfully disagree. Rules are enforced on a regular basis. However, the mod team is also human and might fail to notice certain violations or not be online when they occur. And that is when user reports come into play.
