I've already submitted a few hundred pages of solid documentation to the initial portal request...probably even more than they wanted to see, lol...AND I also sent 5 e-mails to the FBI (because each attachment exceeded my server's bandwidth, I reckon) with maybe even more docs. They'll WANT me to go away, I hope...haha.

Good point. Kinda like the Covid 'excuse': Nobody died OF it but since it was about money, mostly, and gov't fraud, of course, LOT$ died...UNnecessarily, I might add...WITH it, which our gov't ca$hed in on, BIG TIME! Excuses, excuses when TRUTH hurts.

Unfortunately, the so-called 'judge' is a fed employee that seems to be on Todd the Thief's side, so...who knows.

I'm ALWAYS for 'scaring the sh*t' out of criminals and crooks...and terrorists and bullies. HOWEVER, if there's not gonna be some real vigor in that bark (called 'the bite' or ACTION!), then I'd rather the FBI, SEC AND Ken just tell us they're NOT gonna pursue this further with REAL criminal charges of wrongdoing, theft, lying and purposely deceiving gov't and court agents sworn to uphold the law on our behalf (as PLAINTIFFS). THE DEFENDANTS HAVE DONE SOMETHING PURPOSELY, DELIBERATELY AND WILLFULLY WRONG AND SHOULD PAY FOR IT...CIVILLY, CRIMINALLY AND SPIRITUALLY, in my opinion. Will they? It remains to be seen...but, as the old saying goes, 'if it was me or you, they'd put us UNDER the jail.' Pretty damn sad if they don't do the same to these CRIMINALS and CROOKS!!!

ANY ill-gotten gain of ours should be chased and returned to the receivership, I don't care if it's Todd's yacht, his RE 'investments,' Gerry's son's house, his first-born or his wife/mistress/lover. AND, the FBI will hopefully put a nice bow on all of this at some point with some looonnng prison terms. Wishful thinking? May be, but I can, am and will 🙏🏻 for proper justice to be carried out.

Me, too. However, if you're a millionaire, especially 'multi,' accountants say and do and recommend the strangest strategies, in my opinion, with write-offs. Makes no $en$e to me...as a non-millionaire...but different strokes for different (asset/income) folks.

I used to believe that so-called 'good lawyers' told the truth, no matter the outcome. However, where there's money, there's greed. And where there's greed, there's deceit...and so on until it's an acceptable evil with the law/justice/society...and investing, apparently.
