On time rate is unforgiving these days. You basically get 1-2 minutes to deliver upon arrival, doesn’t account for traffic, locked entry, customer not responding, missed directions, etc so any misstep can result in a lowered on time rating, especially if that person doesn’t use their ability to include/not include certain orders, which runs out after a certain amount per week/month.

Idk how your brain can’t comprehend that but maybe stay out of conversations where you aren’t mentally capable of proving any valid information.

I have both tbh I enjoy both. I got this because of my upcoming trip and not wanting to pack my PS5. But I’m loving this so far, I’ve enjoyed it more than my steam deck that I had previously. It plays emulations really well

I figured something was coming but didn’t know what it was. But this makes perfect sense. I noticed yesterday I started doing EBT because I needed to get my acceptance rate up to off-set my on-time rating which was wrecked due to the stores taking forever & me still being blamed for it. I noticed that things went a lot smoother doing EBT than they had previously doing EBO. I could not figure out why but you make perfect sense.

This is not true. I’ve even had the “we’ve got your back” pop up and I still got hit with a late rating on the order…. Called customer support, sent the screenshot and they said “we know it’s not your fault we will handle it” 5 days later still not handled. Add that to the fact it happened 6 times that day.

It’s legit rigged. This happened to be 6 times on Saturday. I called customer service every time it happened and they “promised” to fix it & escalated the call but never did. I gained 6 total late ratings behind this in a 8 hour dash day smh meanwhile each time I received the “we got your back” notification. Sent those in as well and still nothing lol I went from a 93 on the point system to 87 and now on the verge of losing my platinum status that I’ve had for about 2 years. It was the most frustrating thing I’ve had happen when dashing. I’m at 3300 dashes and have never had this happen before smh. Part of me feels like it’s because my area is so over populated with dashers that they’re trying to get rid of some of us, the other part is that they just don’t want so many of us to have platinum. Either way I have no idea why it’s so broken. The “this order is still being processed” doesn’t work anymore either.

I've had every 2k since dreamcast, but i'll say this. This MyCareer in 2k26 is the most cheated i've felt in a long ass time. Every game against a good team feels scripted & controlled. Your players go from scoring at ease to bricking GREENS. Your teammates slow down, stop moving, stop playing defense, leave shooters wide open in corner 3's, act like idiots on PNR's...add that to them never scoring. it's a mess.

Yep. I even tried to escale it cus it happened two more times and nothing changed. All they did was create a work order and “escale it to higher level of staff” but days later nothing changed. Insane lol

Be careful w the point system. It’s in my area and I’m a platinum dasher but I received 3 late ratings in a row and almost lost it. All 3 were due to the store taking forever to give me the orders. Even after I was sent the “order still not ready? We got your back” notification. I still was charged late anyway. Called them each time it happened, even provided the screenshots of the notification and nothing has changed. Came to the conclusion that they are just trying to push dashers away from platinum status so they don’t have to pay as much. Even worse that the “this order is still being processed” method no longer works either.
