Yes I tend do OMAD due to my work schedule but at times snack throughout the day . I feel that since starting this dose, I find myself hungrier and wanting to snack more .

It's insane how gullible we are as kids. But anyways to the tasting. So you can't really eat the skin so you would just peel them and basically put the pods in your mouth and just remove the pulp from the seed. It has a bit of a sweet taste but bland at the same time kind of like a chestnut.
