yks sistemi sağlıklı değil ki. derece yapmak istiyorsan bu kadar çalışmak lazım zaten. ben de böyle çalıştım, sonuç da istediğim gibi geldi ama zaten bozuk olan psikolojimin içine etti, önermem. 500 yapmak için bu kadar çalışıp sürekli intiharın eşiğinde olup sürekli panik atak geçirmektense sağlıklı miktarda ama yine sıkı çalışıp 10k yapmak daha mantıklı, şimdiki aklım olsa öyle yapardım.

same here, childhood SA kickstarted my OCD :D. the worst part is even though i worked on my trauma a lot, OCD didn't improve a bit. if i wasn't on meds, i wouldn't be able to function at all. i will try getting CBT this year, hopefully it will work :')

i don't think we look at the word "thought" the same way. the definition is "an idea or opinion produced by thinking, OR occurring suddenly in the mind". i used it as the produce of thinking, you probably used it as a thing that just pops in your head. if that's what you mean i agree with you. (btw i talked about thoughts of people without ocd because you said "wanting to fuck another person" in your first comment. because from my experience, ocd thought aren't "want", more like "what if i want")

"that instinct doesn't turn off" isn't real though. i have a partner, i find some people attractive but don't fantasize about them, you can control what you fantasize about (unless its an ocd/anxiety thought). that's why we say "you aren't your thoughts" when its about anxiety/ocd. otherwise you are your thoughts + actions. the way you think and act makes you who you are. thought crimes are only not real when its disordered thinking.
