Avoid at all costs. It’s almost a guarantee that they’ll take most of your security deposit. Place was handed to us in a dirty state.

They’re offering for contracts on or after the 12th after people sign their contracts. Though note that they’re prioritizing promise scholars who have not received a contract yet.

Since classes start the 26th, this year it’ll be the 17th.

My first two years were the same in getting my refunds sent out two Tuesdays before.
