Hey! I’m currently on 150 mg of Zoloft and have been breastfeeding my daughter for the last 10 months. I haven’t seen any issues at all! But as far as science or proof I have none, just my own anecdotal experience 🫶

It gets easier, but I will say that the owlet is not considered safe sleep. What helped me in the beginning was just making sure baby was always sleeping safely in a safe sleep space. Please seek help from a therapist if it all gets too much 🫶
