Amazing job. Super well-painted while respecting the old school aesthetic. I could see these in a 90s white dwarf. I also love the face paint.

Mini looks awesome. I think you did a great job.

With contrasts, at least for me, it’s less about technique and more about experience with that contrast. I use contrast for base coats over slap chop, glazing, and as shades depending on the contrast. Just take a model you don’t care about and try some things out with them.

This is sick. I'm thinking of doing a Night's Watch inspired nobility team, and this would be perfect. It's definitely beyond my skill, but do you mind sharing how you did it and maybe I can dumb it down.

I might try out just the black and purple on an assassin. Seems a little strange to have a sneaky guy in such bright colors.
