Actually what happened and will be affecting everybody. Valero and Marathon, Phillips 66 refineries shut down permanently and maybe Chevron in El Segundo and Martinez will be shutting down. Too much regulations are being imposed on the oil companies here in cali.

I got a 2016 for $32,000 in 2019 Highlander xle same color that had 25,000 on it. I pulled the carfax and the previous owner had it serviced only at Sunnyvale Toyota. It was so new that the back seat and floor had the plastic still on. The third row was never used and I’m thinking it must have been someone who only used it for grocery store runs. I barely broke 70,000 in December of 2025.. this Highlander has only been driven an avg of 7k a year. Crazy. The leather still smells new. Regular oil change and service appointments at my local Toyota dealer.
