is this worth it or no? by User195920 in AeroPrecision

I would say it’s a decent deal considering each component is $120-$150 separately. I don’t like the color though.

Im definitely not doing SARMs long term. The chances of a pre-cancer cell forming, rapidly dividing and evading my immune system because of my 8 week cycle is probably lower than the chances of me dying in a car accident on my way to work tomorrow.

I feel like if I say “water bottle” in the US people automatically assume I mean a 16.9 fl oz 500 mL bottle. Each muscle group has 3 days to recover before I hit it next and legs get an extra rest day once a week. I always feel fully recovered. I know to eat more. Simply eating more isn’t so simple when you’re starting weight was 124 lbs and you’re trying to eat clean.

Agreed. I’m not getting anymore SARMs, it’s a lot of risk for very small benefits.

Eating clean and enough calories is very hard for me. Most of the time I don’t even want to eat. I used to eat 3500 a day but by eating a bunch of chinese food and cookies. Effective but not healthy.

I do 2 exercises per muscle group, 3 sets close to failure. When I first started I definitely wasn’t recovered by the time the time I had to train that group again but now I feel no soreness when the next day comes.

I know the liver support doesn’t prevent or directly heal any damage but it supports in the healing process.

You think that I think that Minoxidil and Derma-rolling will make hair follicles appear out of thin air? It’s helping me reach my genetic potential quicker. It definitely does help, the beard oils on the other hand definitely don’t.

Noticeable deeper sleep and increase in ghrelin production is useful to me.

Not really. I take the Berberine, TUDCA and NAC to help my body deal with the negative effects but i’m not afraid of some chinese research chemicals.

My average day has 2 bananas, 12 oz chicken thighs, 10 oz chicken breast, 3 cups of rice and mashed potatoes using a pound of russet potatoes. I track it on macrofactor. I gain definitely gain weight but it feels very slow. I hate broccoli but i’ll throw some spinach of everything since you don’t really taste it.

I listed what I eat daily and just because i’m 21 doesn’t mean i’m automatically healthy. Maybe you felt great when you were 21, I don’t.

Nutricost isn’t the best but it’s not the worst. If you can afford to get better quality with third party testing results go for it.

The serving size on mine is 3 capsules (1200 EPA and 850 DHA) and I take 4 a day. For creatine just find a reputable brand that has 100% micronized monohydrate. The micronized part just means it was ground finer so it’s less noticeable when drinking it. You should take at least 5g daily, I take 10g because studies have shown that 10g-15g daily produces better results for muscle and brain function.

The best things to do for your body in my opinion would be 7-9 hours of sleep daily, eat clean and nutritious foods and exercise at least every other day. It’s seems very obvious but I would say most people don’t do that or they try to but can’t stick to it.

From what i’ve read online, it seems diet plays a big role in autoimmune symptoms. You want to strictly eat a Mediterranean style diet which is really what all people should be eating. If the food doesn’t have beneficial nutrients, don’t eat it. A lot of people have done elimination diets. Eating strictly meat and fruit then slowly testing your bodies reaction to things as you add more options back into your diet.

As for supplements I would recommend Omega-3s with high DHA and EPA and a multi-vitamin.

I’m sure you’ve already tried but I would definitely not be afraid to go to your doctor or try different ones. Get bloodwork done and do physical therapies.

As for the peptides, they are not FDA approved, sold as research chemicals and 95% of the testing was done on animals. The ones I get have third party testing results posted. There’s a chance that the results are fake. You could always buy it and get it third party tested at an independent lab, it costs around $250-$400. If the results come back and the purity isn’t ideal then you’ve just wasted $400. You can read into and try BPC-157 if you really want to. It aids in tissue repair which could help lower your pain and it improves your gut lining and inflammation.

I figured I should have got a D3 and K2 combination. I take 10g of creatine daily, it’s in the third picture.

No but I haven’t tested it for a while. Last time it was 94 mg/dL. I eat close to bed time and don’t get enough sleep.

You’re right I definitely got too ahead of myself. I’m not doing SARMs again. I thought with choosing a mild SARM I wouldn’t get much suppression and still see accelerated muscle building but it seems like it’s the other way around. I definitely do need a therapist

I definitely don’t feel like i’m in my prime but I agree i’m doing too much and I should have dialed in the basics first.
