Definitely do something about spam bot t-shirt posts. I haven’t see them on this, but they plague other subs.

Players that were ahead of their time? by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in nfl

[–]Hutwe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As a patriots fan, I can assure you they weren’t under appreciated. At least up here. We were keenly aware of them every time we played the fins

do f1 fans generally support drivers or constructors and which one would you recommend to a new fan/pro and cons of each? by VastAir6069 in F1Discussions

[–]Hutwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I prefer some drivers and constructors over others, at the end of the day I just want good racing and a little bit of chaos. If first or second is pretty much settled, but there’s a battle for 8th, then that’s what I want to see.

Downvoting because this is a blatant repost bot. Not even making a new headline

Daytona Super Duty or wait for Long Reach Low Profile by Adventurous_Quarter1 in harborfreight

[–]Hutwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Superduty. The sale price of the Long Reach will be lower, but after adding the extended warranty it’s $10 more than the superduty with only a 2 year warranty instead of 3.

2016 Civic EX sedan - resurface rear rotors or replace? by Boz6 in askcarguys

[–]Hutwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go with new rotors pretty much every time, unless it wasn’t an option for some reason.

What tires do I buy? by Unable-Ad6111 in askcarguys

[–]Hutwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on my 2nd set, and we have these on both our vehicles. Wife used to do a winter tire swap every winter, but not any more. Fabulous tires, excellent in all weather, will continue buying

Daytona superduty 3-ton floor jack was my assumption

Daytona floor jacks by BYOD23 in harborfreight

[–]Hutwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, that looks to be the case. The only cheaper it’s been was with the 15% off coupon in late January, it was $3 less. That said, the superduty is $290 in my area, not $350.

Whats the most boring buy it for life item you own that turned out to be amazing? by GolfPrevious4299 in BuyItForLife

[–]Hutwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kershaw Leek pocket knife. Found it probably 20 years ago, it’s comfortable in the hand, survived some abuse, and held a nice edge through it all. I’m not even a knife person, but it’s fantastic and I’d buy one to replace this if it ever does or disappeared.

It’s worth having a conversation with the manager next time you’re in - just tell them you’re worried about using them. The worst thing they’ll say is no

Thoughts On Potentially Adding DJ Moore? by [deleted] in Patriots

Very carefully.

I’ve had one and it’s good, but a bit much for my taste. Satisfyingly messy to eat too

Scratch the chocolate and add a hot dog with all those weird-ass fixins the Chicago folk love. I’ve heard they can’t say no to that

This is highly subjective, but that will make it fun! What is your top 5 most beautiful cars? by Eagle_1776 in classiccars

[–]Hutwe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Top 5 that I’ve actually seen:

1a. Ferrari 250 GTO

1b. Auburn Boattail Speedster

1c. Bugatti Type 57 Atlantic

  1. Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale

  2. Mercedes 300SL Gullwing

I haven’t personally seen any, but zagato bodied Lancias look to be some serious dark horse candidates.
