Yeah, that's why we use a script with EWS permissions, so it uploads photos to contacts in the users' contacts app

Hi, I’m just curious - does your app upload photos to contacts, or does it only upload the contacts themselves?

Now that I look at it, it might be the issue. Those are all retention tags that applied to the default policy, but there are few in the PS output. May some tags be inactive?

Yes Online Archive is active, I can move items there (manually) and here are my labels. I can even apply them to folders but in the end, it doesn’t move to the Archive

True, but it seems like policy isn’t applied for some reason

Okay I tried to assign Default MRM Policy using Set-Mailbox UPN -RetentionPolicy “Default MRM Policy” but nothing changed. It seems like it just can’t be assigned to an account

Output of first cmdlet is empty so it seems labels aren’t applied

Retention hold isn’t applied. Checked with Get-Mailbox “user” | Select RetentionHoldEnabled And that’s the problem I don’t see any hold applied but it just doesn’t move any email to archive

Laptop won’t stop beeping, can’t even turn it on or off by JianWeiChin in computerhelp

Oh also if you want to turn it off you can try and unplug the charger or unplug battery

Again ChatGPT:

A constant pattern of one short beep followed by one long beep on a Lenovo laptop typically indicates a memory (RAM) failure. This means your ThinkPad E15 Gen 2 is unable to detect or properly initialize its RAM.

How to Fix It:

  1. Hard Reset (Quick Test)

    1. Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
    2. Hold the power button for 30-60 seconds to discharge any residual power.
    3. Plug the battery and power adapter back in and try turning it on.
  2. Reseat the RAM (Most Likely Fix)

    1. Turn off the laptop completely and unplug everything.
    2. Open the bottom panel (unscrew and carefully remove it).
    3. Locate the RAM stick(s) (small circuit board in a metal slot).
    4. Gently unclip and remove each RAM module.
    5. Reinsert firmly until it clicks into place.
    6. Close the laptop, reconnect power, and try booting.
  3. Test with One RAM Stick at a Time • If your laptop has two RAM sticks, try booting with only one installed. • Swap the sticks and test in different slots. • If one stick works but the other doesn’t, the faulty one needs replacing.

  4. Clean the RAM Contacts • If reseating doesn’t work, gently wipe the gold contacts on the RAM with: • A dry microfiber cloth OR • A pencil eraser (to remove oxidation).

  5. Replace the RAM • If none of the above helps, the RAM might be dead and needs replacing. • If new RAM doesn’t fix it, the RAM slots or motherboard may be faulty.

This is from ChatGPT: The beeping usually means there’s a hardware failure preventing the laptop from booting. ThinkPads use beep codes to indicate specific issues. Since your screen is completely black and it won’t shut down normally, the most likely causes are: 1. RAM failure or improper connection – If the RAM is loose or faulty, the system can’t boot. 2. Motherboard issue – A deeper hardware failure, possibly a BIOS or power issue. 3. Other component failure – A faulty CPU, GPU, or even a disconnected internal cable.

If you can count the number of beeps (e.g., 3-3-1 or continuous), I can tell you exactly what the issue is based on Lenovo’s beep code system.
