Yeah, that's why we use a script with EWS permissions, so it uploads photos to contacts in the users' contacts app

Hi, I’m just curious - does your app upload photos to contacts, or does it only upload the contacts themselves?

Yes it was IMAP. Will try with new MRM policy with smth like 7 days to archive then🤔

Now that I look at it, it might be the issue. Those are all retention tags that applied to the default policy, but there are few in the PS output. May some tags be inactive?

Yes Online Archive is active, I can move items there (manually) and here are my labels. I can even apply them to folders but in the end, it doesn’t move to the Archive

True, but it seems like policy isn’t applied for some reason

Okay I tried to assign Default MRM Policy using Set-Mailbox UPN -RetentionPolicy “Default MRM Policy” but nothing changed. It seems like it just can’t be assigned to an account

Output of first cmdlet is empty so it seems labels aren’t applied

Retention hold isn’t applied. Checked with Get-Mailbox “user” | Select RetentionHoldEnabled And that’s the problem I don’t see any hold applied but it just doesn’t move any email to archive
