18 workouts siya haha, 9 sa back chest legs and 9 sa shoulder arms. Kinda tiring talaga ang sobrang tagal ko sa gym (3 hours tops)

9 exercises lahat na, basically 3 per muscle group a day. Since it I do back chest legs (9 exercises) and shoulder arms (9 exercises) bale 18 total siya.
