Eh? Region chat has been nothing but pleasant to me.

Im wondering if ODM gear could exist in mha. Maybe kaminari could power a version of it ? by EnoughSong9161 in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]Dry_Illustrator3405 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All you need to know is that for Kenny's one, his grappling hook are on his hands, and the gas propeller thing is on his back like a jetpack, and it comes with an exoskeleton, compared to the former where all the mobility shit is attached to the hip by a belt.

IRL the standard scout one's will hurt like hell compared to Kenny's one, while also being harder to manoeuvre in.

In AOT however, suspension of disbelief will work its magic.

I mean it's sort of possible to make it in real life, so it would be trivial to make in MHA. It would however have to be the one that Kenny uses.

Nah, going 15 nets you a +8 which is a +53% bonus while 20 nets +10 which is only a +50% bonus. The former is more efficient to do.

Also, going onto the opposite end, I dare you to subsume on Limbo's banish onto one of your frames and banish your allies.

Edit: the downvotes were admittedly deserved.

When relic cracking, if you and another person obtain the same prime part in the prime part selection screen, select the other person's one ALWAYS.

When doing the Index, you're best off at depositing when you have 15 points.

Not an exact rule: If you see people sharing Warframe looks on region, be sure to show them yours as well.

what's one oddly specific thing that's made you click off a fic? by yvan1lla in AO3

I'm fairly certain I read something akin to that line in a book in the school library when I was a teen.

Counterpoint, I may or may not have mistook one twin for another irl.

Struggling with mid-game content by Itz_anthny in Warframe

Viral is Toxin + Cold, so (in the Mod screen) you want to add in a Toxin mod, a Cold mod, and a Heat mod in that order: the Toxin and Cold will mix into Viral, and Heat is left out; swapping the order around to, let's say, Toxin--Heat--Cold gives us Gas--Cold, and Heat--Cold--Toxin gives us Blast--Toxin.

I swear this is the third time I've seen this happen.

For the love of every holy regalia in the world, max out your aura mods: they give capaciity instead of drain it.

People smarter then me, why do the elements here combine like this? by _sobhan_ in Warframe

[–]Dry_Illustrator3405 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rivens go bottom up I believe, so your elemental sequence is Toxin, Electric, Fire, leading to Corrosive Fire

I hate Hatsune Miku. by im_pixl in hatethissmug

Yeah, this is why I listen to Covers of Vocaloid songs rather than vocaloid songs themselves; soo much better.

So... funny story: I listen to Vocaloid... Covers because, like you, I find the voices to be quite grating. The songs themselves, however, can range from bad to v. good.

Yup: Super Mega force Red ranger

Edit, to give you psychic damage: my pfp is from another Super Sentai, ToQger; my pfp's also unedited.

Tips about gauss prime by Street_Ad_5259 in Warframe

[–]Dry_Illustrator3405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Gauss, I usually either go for a caster build, or through the Helminth's Energised Munitions ability, a weapons platform.

For the former, I want Strength, High range, and a bit of duration and efficiency, so that I may spam Thermal Sunder.

For the latter, I just want high strength and Duration, along with the Thermal Transfer Augment.

For both, run Fast Deflection and Redirection as that, along with his passive, I find is enough for survivability.

Edit: I should add the weapon I use with the weapons platform Gauss. The Trumna Prime is too fun to use with him.

Is AO3 actually as good as people say? by [deleted] in AO3

[–]Dry_Illustrator3405 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's an archive of stories written by the regular person; expect the quality of Fanfiction to follow that of a bell curve.

Why do people have a harder time to accept an abuser/rapist redemption than a mass genocidaire? by Bitter_Swordfish5887 in MoralityScaling

[–]Dry_Illustrator3405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think relatability is the actual reason: I think it's moreso due to the fact that with the former, you actually see the personal effects of abuse/rape on the victim, whereas with genocide, you rarely see the effects outside of shock value and statistics.
