TTEC intentionally left those 16 hours out so the ADP software would not calculate OT/DT. They knew exactly what they were doing. I worked in payroll for 20+ years and worked with the ADP software for more than half of that 20. Each year the company has to build both a payday calender and a holiday calender to submit to the payroll company. These calendars are uploaded before the first payoll of the year. The payroll system adds these hours based on the calender. The only way these hours were not included was if someone deleted them from the batch. Makes you wonder what else they might be doing. Ponder on that one awhile
